AlphaFlow ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile application that helps users research US stocks. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

a) Account Information

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from the authentication provider. This is used solely to identify your account.

b) User-Generated Data

• Favorites / Watchlist: The stock tickers you save are stored in our database so they sync across your devices.
• App preferences: Settings such as language and notification preferences.

c) Automatically Collected Data

• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used (e.g., which screens are visited, feature usage). This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
• Crash reports: If the app crashes, diagnostic data (device model, OS version, stack trace) is sent to help us fix bugs.
• Device tokens: If you enable push notifications, we store a device token through Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications.

d) Advertising

The free version of AlphaFlow displays ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. See Google's ad privacy policy for details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the app's features (syncing favorites, delivering notifications)
• Improve the app based on aggregated usage patterns
• Display advertisements (free tier)
• Process subscription purchases through RevenueCat
• Diagnose and fix technical issues

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Cloud Messaging)
• Google AdMob (Advertising)
• RevenueCat (Subscription management)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud). We use Firestore security rules to ensure users can only access their own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's settings. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data from our database within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

AlphaFlow is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Opt out of personalized advertising
• Export your data
