1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AlphaFlow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AlphaFlow provides market data, company fundamentals, AI-generated insights, and investment strategy recommendations for educational and informational purposes. The App is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide personalized financial advice.

3. Not Financial Advice

All information provided by AlphaFlow is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. AlphaFlow is not responsible for any investment losses.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

• AlphaFlow offers a free tier and a premium subscription ("AlphaFlow Pro").
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play Store settings.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by AlphaFlow and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Market data is sourced from third-party providers (FMP, FRED) and is subject to their respective terms.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Resell or redistribute App data without authorization

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. AI-generated insights are algorithmic outputs and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
